What is the lowest concentration that can be measured by ROA?

It’s one of the questions we hear most often — and the honest answer is: it depends!

Certain molecules scatter light more strongly than others, so the exact lower concentration limit for a Raman Optical Activity (ROA) measurement depends on the molecule being studied.

🧪 At the lower limit, we measure at around 30 mg/mL — but we’ve also worked with molecules in the 200 mg/mL range.
