Eurostars Project: ChriOx 11008

Funded by Eureka Eurostars, the ChirOx project unites ENANTIOS’s Raman Optical Activity (ROA) hardware expertise with FACCTs’s quantum-chemistry software development. The collaboration aims to integrate advanced ROA capabilities directly into the ORCA and WEASEL ecosystems. By seamlessly connecting experimental ROA measurements with precise computational predictions, the project will create powerful new workflows. This direct link between experiment and computation will solve practical spectroscopy challenges and significantly enhance chiral molecular analysis.

For Innosuisse Project 121.008: ZIMPOL-SENS – Next generation ZIMPOLsensor

ENANTIOS recently advanced Raman Optical Activity platforms using high-frequency detector technology. However, current setups rely on commercial sensors that require complex supplementary optics, limit the signal-to-noise ratio, and pose long-term supply chain risks. To overcome these bottlenecks, ENANTIOS is collaborating with SUPSI and IRSOL to develop a proprietary, highly sensitive measurement chip. This customized sensor will streamline optical engineering, unlock superior resolution, and secure long-term technological independence for next-generation molecular analysis platforms.
